    Aufgaben

    • Du konzeptionierst eigenverantwortlich Social Media Kampagnen und setzt diese um, erstellst Social Media und Employer Branding Beiträge entlang des HR-Marketing Funnels und bist dabei stets im Austausch mit dem Recruiting und Social Media Team
    • Du behältst stets Trends im Auge und bringst innovative und kreative Ideen kontinuierlich in die Weiterentwicklung unseres Employer Brandings ein
    • Du misst den Erfolg der Kampagnen und Marketingstrategien anhand kanal- und kampagnengerechten Social Media KPIs, Testings und erstellst Reports für unsere Stakeholder.
    • Zusätzlich treibst du eigene Projekte voran, wie die Implementierung von Corporate Influencern.

    Qualifikationen

    • Du hast ein Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal, Marketing, Kommunikation oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
    • Idealerweise konntest du Berufserfahrung im Bereich Employer Branding/Personalmarketing sammeln und bringst darüber hinaus Erfahrung im Bereich Social Media mit.
    • Eine ausgeprägte Hands-On-Mentalität, Kommunikationsstärke, sowie ein Gespür für zielgruppenspezifische Personalrekrutierung zeichnet dich aus.
    • Du hast Spaß daran, im Team zu arbeiten, Neues zu lernen sowie kreative, innovative Ideen und Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.
