Job Description:

Planning and coordination of shipments, making sure that products are picked up on time and efficiently
Monitoring of warehouse stocks and collaboration with the procurement team to ensure the availability of materials
Evaluation of existing logistics processes and development of new processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Management of relationships with suppliers and business partners to ensure the quality of services and customer satisfaction
Resolution of any problems deriving from the execution of the logistics process and improvement to ensure better performance in the future
Preparation of documents for management meetings, such as presentations or analysis
Owning small projects independently

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in logistics administration (preferably in a logistics sector)
Experience in customer service management
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of German (C1) and English (B1)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to find creative solutions
Great attention to detail
Curious and open to learn new things
Great sense of responsibility and a proactive communication
