As our Chief of Staff (f/m/d) for our Business Unit
Operations, you will have a decisive share in the further business development of one of the fastest growing green hydrogen and e-fuels companies.

By partnering with our COO and Management Board (CTO/CFO/CEO), you will be crucial in implementing ideas and executing strategies.

YOUR TASKS

WHAT TO EXPECT?

The right-hand of the COO
You act as the right-hand ouf our COO with all the exciting influences and tasks of the associated order.

Preparing of information & recommendation**You analyze and prepare information and make recommendations to our COO and the Management Board.

Support of the management
The Support of Sunfire's management is one of your main tasks, especially the CEO and CFO, in planning, executing and implementing strategic projects (e.g. M&A, financing, partnerships, etc.).

Prepare and follow up
The preparation and follow-up on Management Board, Advisory Board and investor meetings, is also part of your tasks.

Management Communication
You conceptualise and prepare management communication with internal and external stakeholders together with the Communications department.

YOUR PROFILE

WHAT TO BRING?

Education
You have an excellent university degree with a focus on engineering or business engineering.

Workexperience
You worked in a similar role, management consulting, investment banking or a start-up for at least one year. You are able to create concise and convincing presentations and pitch decks,

Personality
You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills and a particularly high level of self-motivation. You have a "get things done" attitude and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment.

Language
You speak fluent German and English.
