I am exclusively working with a world-leading Pharmaceutical and Medical Device company based in
Halle.

They are seeking a
German and
English Speaking
Customer Service Specialist to be responsible for providing exceptional support to their customers for their leading products.


As a member of their dynamic sales team, you will play a key role in driving new business, nurturing existing accounts, and ensuring a patient-centric approach in all your interactions.

Your focus will be on achieving or exceeding personal and business goals within your assigned geographic area or specific accounts.


This role will offer you:


  • The chance to develop new business opportunities and cultivate existing accounts
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and provide input on new markets and products
  • Manage customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
  • Support existing customers by ensuring ontime product supply and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Represent the company's interests in all customer interactions

You will be responsible for:


  • Processing customer inquiries in collaboration with specialist departments
  • Monitor internal supply chain activities
  • Maintain accurate customer and price data in the ERP system
  • Create and process orders, and manage to invoice
  • Participate in optimization projects, including technical initiatives
  • Initiate the shipping process and organize orderrelated documentation
  • Meet revenue targets for assigned customers
  • Prepare and conduct customer visits

You will bring the following:


  • Fluency in German and English (oral and written)
  • Prior experience in internal sales or logistics
  • Strong customerfacing skills with a confident demeanour
  • Previous experience in a customer service position

Salary: 40,000.00€ - 55,000.00€ per month
