(Senior) UX/UI Designer (f/m/d)

What's your impact?:

Create lowhigh fidelity design assets like Mock Ups and Wireframes as well as Marketing Materials like Brand Assets
Active contribution to UI Pattern library and interaction guidelines for our design system
Use feedback from users and data to help inform your design decisions (datadriven design)
Work closely with Product Managers etc. on bestinclass implementations
Collaborating with our UI developers to realize your design ideas and prototypes
You work together with an international and interdisciplinary team
You lead workshops with national and international clients
Location: Mannheim, München, Köln, Flex-Office

How do you stand out?

Bachelor's / Master's studies in the field of humancomputer interaction (HCI), graphic design or related field of studies
Up to 3 years of work experience in the field of UX/UI Design and Graphic Design
Understanding of visual hierarchy creation
Affinity to create cohesive branding and visual merchandising concepts and materials
Very good understanding of web development (such as CSS, HTML, JavaScript) and CMS (such as Wordpress) are advantageous
You are familiar with UX/UI Principles, mobile design best practices, modern web design principles, graphic and motion design principles
Confident with common Design & Prototyping Tools such as Sketch, Figma and Adobe CC (e.g. Experience Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere)
You enjoy working in a team and have a high customer orientation
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
