The Technical Product Owner (M/F/d) is accountable for structuring meaningful product releases with a focus on maximized product value, time to market and cost to market being significant KPIs.

Ihre Aufgaben

Interface management between internal customers and development team.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and define the product vision.
Create and maintain requirements documentation.
Facilitate decisionmaking processes.
Provide transparency on development status through project management tools.
Coordinate closely with stakeholders to manage and prioritize business requirements in the product backlog.
Prepare and implement refinement sessions and sprint planning.
Create acceptance criteria and collaborate on test scenarios to validate implementation of requirements and approve results.
Support release roadmapping and planning.

Ihr Profil

Professional Product Owner
Certificate
University degree or corresponding professional experience in a relevant domain, such as mechanical or electrical Engineering, automation, mechatronics, Software development, or similar
Proven qualification acquired in practice in the field of intralogistics, machinery development, engineering, or other relevant area.
Interested in and willingness to quickly build up knowledge.
2+ years of experience as a product owner, ideally a certified SCRUM product owner or involvement in projects in embedded or machine control software development, material flow software or technical product development
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting

This position has a clear leadership role in the context of the development for a specific Kardex product.

Additionally, this role is part of the leadership team of Machine Development, including working on continuous improvement of the global efficiency and effectiveness of the Machine Development at Kardex Remstar Technology

For instance:

Coaching and workshops organizationwide interested parties in agile values, especially regarding agile product development.
Workshop, coaching and establishment of agile values in the organization, especially regarding agile product development.

Define and implement improvements in the way we work together.
