Your role and responsibilities:


  • In your role as Customer Service Representative for our Hydrogen Systems product area, you will independently handle quotation and order processing using SAP and MS Dynamics (CRM) programs.
  • In your daytoday business, you will act as the primary contact person for customers in Germany and abroad together with your colleagues from the sales/field service.
  • You will coordinate inquiries and orders by liaising with various operational interfaces. You will support all presale and postsale phases as well as QM processes including complaint management.
  • In addition, you will independently prepare quotations or carry out price calculations in coordination with Sales and prepare export documents and necessary shipping documents.
  • Precious metal processing (maintaining precious metal weight accounts, hedging precious metals, reconciling precious metal settlement processes such as lending, etc.) is also part of your duties.

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed commercial training or comparable
  • Experience in the field of precious metals and customer service
  • Confident in the use of SAP and the usual MS Office programs, if necessary also MS Dynamics (CRM)
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Team player, resilient and flexible personality with a high degree of initiative and personal responsibility as well as a high work accuracy and a strong sense of values
  • Enjoy working in international teams
