Job Mission / Purpose:

PA Team in all countries manages all HCP and HCO (Health Care Professional and HealthCare Organization) contracts for the event requirements.

This encompasses the entire operational processes related to contracts, ensuring a "Best in Class" service is created and maintained through implementing solutions to further develop, maintain, and improve HCP satisfaction, and ensure adherence throughout the changing compliance regulations within Europe.

Our offer

Admin Events Management
As part of your role, you will be responsible for working closely with the PA Specialist to create events in our database.

Admin Consultants Management

You will be working alongside the PA Specialist to ensure that consultants are properly linked to the events in the tool.

Admin Consultants Management
- one of your responsibilities will be to reconcile the hours worked by the consultant in our tool for each event.

Consultant Payment Process you will be working with the PA Specialist to review and send out the invoices of the Consultants for payment

Your profile

The preferred educational background for this position includes administrative or legal experience.
You are preferably fluent in German and English.
Having a strong understanding of Excel and proficiency in the office package is highly desirable.
