About the Role and the Team

  • In Product Management department the mission is to simply develop the best product for today, to differentiate from our competitors, and prepare for the future. We define WHAT we want to achieve and the benefits we create for our Clients and Adform. We establish transparent information and sharing of it about the connected WHY.
  • We are looking for a Product Director who enjoys changes, challenges, and learning every day.
  • The role is based in Hamburg and you will join a fastpaced, dynamic, and international environment, with a high degree of crossfunctional and crossproduct collaboration.

We hope you are ready to change the game Be ready to:

  • Own the identity (ID Fusion) and data management platform (DMP) roadmap
  • Define mid to long term Product vision & strategy for the Adform audience offering
  • Work with Product Directors and Product Managers on "quality assurance" of deliverables and scopes along all steps of the Product Development Process
  • Prepare deliverables and scopes for development full accountability for ensuring formal readiness for prioritization
  • Communicate roadmap and business milestone objectives to stakeholders.
  • Host strategic platform roadmap meetings and platform feedback sessions with key stakeholders
  • Define priorities for business milestones within functional areas
  • Manage the platform lifecycle, from ideation to deprecation state
  • Support where needed with Evangelization of Adform platform in relevant channels, e.g. internal events, trade shows, press be the external face for Adforms Identity and Audience proposition
  • Deliver product/ platform related input to Tier 1 client RFP's,

We can grow together faster if you:


  • Have proven track record of working in Product Management for at least 2+ years
  • Experience with product management tools and practices (e.g. competitor analysis, product landscape mapping, user research, etc.)
  • General understanding of how to build a roadmap, weighting of influencing factors and prioritization within a company context
  • Good knowledge about the AdTech ecosystem and especially the identity landscape
  • Handson experience with the following areas: building business cases, product marketing, technology efficiency analysis, pricing strategies or profitability analysis.
  • Good knowledge about the interplay of architecture, business needs and user experience on a product level and within platform context
  • Advanced verbal and written English language skills

  • Experience presenting on stage / public speaking
