Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:


Purpose:
Develop and communicate the technological vision and roadmap with special focus on innovative and sustainable production technology.


Main tasks:


  • Attract, develop, coordinate activities of and retain a high performing global expert team
  • Create and articulate vision, strategy and timelines for the development and deployment of efficient and sustainable technology
  • Create procedures to scout for, find and assess new technology
  • Represent businessrelevant opinions on important technology topics internally and externally
  • Provide strategic consultative services to business in recommending technical solutions to align to their needs
  • Create environment to conduct initial trials for proofofprinciple

Was Sie mitbringen:


Experience:

- graduated in process technology, process engineering or comparable
- additional experience in technology consulting and innovation of production processes for the chemical or similar industry


Skills:

- excellent communication skills, clearly articulating a technology vision
- strategic thinking combined with demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action
- strong analytical skills
- acts decisively, ability to prioritize requests and deliverables
- works collaboratively and deep understanding of developing and leading an agile optimized team
