Job Title:
Commercial Leader Personal Health DACH


As a
Personal Health Commercial Leader Zone DACH**, you will be part of Personal Health (PH) business, dedicated to improving billions of lives worldwide.

In this role, you will lead the Sales, Marketing, Online Marketing, Commercial Analytics teams, creating and implementing Marketing and Commercial Strategy in DACH for all Persona Health categories:
Mother & Childcare, Male Grooming, Beauty, Oral Healthcare.

You will work towards creating a better and fairer future for all by tackling complex challenges posed by ever-evolving health and well-being needs.

You are part of the Leadership team of Europe Personal Health and DACH Hub.


Your role:


  • Drives focus on consumers, shoppers, customers and professional audience
  • Develops DACH Channel and Customer Go to Market strategy to drive superior presence across key channels
  • Delivers the business performance on DACH level and integrates Amazon and D2C channels for holistic DACH view
  • Designs and execute DACH marketing activation plan across ATL and BTL
  • Executes excellent gotomarket execution in the DACH with superior presence
  • Builds strong commercial organization with right capabilities, talents and engagement
  • Drives overall engagement and culture norms within the Zone and as part of overall WE PH
  • Maximizes portfolio for the DACH zone and executes the channelization and promotion strategy
  • Develops and executes strong Joint Business Plans with top customers
  • Secures strong collaboration End to End between region, zone and customers to drive impact with consumers
  • Excels in organizational leadership and people development, driving employee engagement

You're the right fit if you have:

  • 10+ years of industry experience and a university degree.
  • Mastery level of commercial, customerfacing or negotiation experiences (e.g. joint business planning, annual negotiations)
  • Advanced experience in creating compelling category value strategies, including value maximization approaches (pricing, mix, NPI).
  • Advanced level of experience in shopper marketing (activation, sales fundamentals and analytics / execution) across key channels
  • Advanced experience in developing local DACH marketing strategies to drive consumer engagement and maximize media presence (i.e. developing marketing plans including demand generation / media / digital / PR etc.)
  • Proficient experience in portfolio management (range and portfolio buildup, pricing & channelization)
  • Advanced experience in leading with business acumen (e.g. P&L management)
  • Mastery level of understanding commercial landscape, retail dynamics and strategic account planning
  • Advanced leadership with enterprise mindset to guide others on areas of focus in E2E organization
  • Mastery ability to inspire and lead teams, develop talent and nurture an inspiring culture
  • Have Quality first mindset.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English and German.
