Destination/ Roadmap
In our central HR department, 25 experts from various HR fields work on topics of today and tomorrow.

We implement uniform and standardized processes for the Transdev Group in Germany and see ourselves as a strong service partner.

A team of five employees in the HR Competence Center works on tomorrow's HR topics, develops principles and standards, and carries out digitalization projects.

We work together with colleagues from the Transdev Group throughout Germany on projects across disciplines and companies.

We are now looking for our new Human Resources Controller to be based in Berlin, Germany.


Missions - You can make a difference

The main missions consist in:

  • Preparing needsbased adhoc analyses in accordance with the questions from the organization as well as supporting the regions in questions of HR controlling.
  • Conceptual development and continuous improvement of calculation tools and models
  • Performing staff cost planning and monthly variance analysis for individual subsidiaries
  • Act as an interface to the finance department for the purpose of calculating costs, accruals and deferrals for all HRrelated topics
  • Support tender projects with the help of staff cost calculation
  • Analyze and interpret collective agreements and company agreements for tender projects, longterm planning and collective bargaining negotiations

Skills

  • Completed business studies or comparable training with a focus on controlling or human resources management
  • Two or more years of professional experience in controlling
  • Knowledge in dealing with collective agreements as well as industry knowledge is an advantage
  • Analytical and solutionoriented way of thinking
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel

Language

  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken is preferred
