- ing an experienced and dedicated Learning Management
System Expert for EUniWell who can support the university
and the EUniWell alliance in implementing a digital European
University.


YOUR TASKS

  • Facilitation of the EUniWell LMS (ILIAS)
  • Communication with stakeholders within EUniWell and
the ILIAS community

  • Supporting the change management process
  • Liaising with experts at EUniWell member institutions
and with the EUniWell Central Office

  • Identifying usercentric solutions within educational
technology

  • Administration of the LMS and supporting its
development

  • Development and integration of new features and
extensions

  • Supporting the integration of the Learning Management
System with partner universities' existing infrastructures

  • Developing and facilitating trainings related to the LMS

YOUR PROFILE
The following is a list of desired qualifications; if you only
meet some of these criteria, you can still apply:

  • Master's degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of professional experience in educational
technology or a related field

  • Experience in IT project management and IT change
management

  • Experience in IT support (management)
  • Basic knowledge of (higher education) didactics
  • Experience in designing learning experiences
using an LMS

  • Experience with designing, administrating and
supporting LMS (preferably ILIAS)

  • Experience with coordinating and integrating IT
infrastructures

  • Experience with modern software development (e.g.
PHP, JavaScript, SQL, CSS, APIs, Git, DevOps)

  • Basic knowledge of regulatory frameworks regarding
data protection and information security (e.g. GDPR, ISO/
IEC 27001)

  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
as well as skills in intercultural communication

  • Relevant certifications are an asset

a fixed term until If the applicant meets the
relevant wage requirements and personal qualifications,
