What you move with us:


  • Collect and analyze Iochpe Maxion's global Sustainability data
  • Audit sustainability data workflow and information from our facilities
  • Support in testing of new IM Planning tool being implemented to automate excel spreadsheet process
  • Support facility training and understanding of requirements to deliver quality Sustainability data
  • Creation and update of procedures for collection, review and understanding of sustainability data
  • Analyze the Sustainability data and lead global Sustainability programs and projects
  • Work with suppliers to ensure that Maxion's Sustainability requirements are implemented
  • Execute NQC reporting
  • Lead the execution of the Ecovadis Survey
  • Execute customer specific reporting requirements
  • Develop and support the annual Sustainability report
  • Execute the Conflict mineral reporting
  • Participate in development of Corporate Sustainability strategy

What you convince with us:


  • Bachelor's degree with Environment, Sustainability or other related area
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sustainability
  • Experience of regional and global projects
  • Manufacturing environment experience
  • Change management skills
  • Good communication skills to all layers of the company
  • Experience of Safety and Sustainability Management Systems, sustainability program implementation as well as
    HSE software's are desirable
  • Language requirements: English, intermediate Germany ("nice to have")
  • Willingness to travel
