What We Need:


We are looking for a Head of Sales Germany that has experience striving for best-in-class sales results in both the EU and Germany.


This position's primary goal is to define, lead and execute with success the sales activities across our EU & German reseller direct channel.


What You'll Do:


You will be responsible for and guide the sales activities across our European and German reseller direct channels, including defining and communicating key performance indicators and targets.

You will analyze market trends and customer behaviors and develop strategies to boost sales whilst ensuring our partners are maximizing our portfolio of brands.

You will be responsible for making data-driven decisions to optimize the company's direct reseller channel commercial performance and ensure the sales teams and partners are performing to plan through guidance and direction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the direction, strategic development, performance, and maintenance of sales activities across direct channels in Germany
  • Meet your targets and those of the team as a whole
  • Ensure the smooth running of channel team through guidance and support
  • Contribute to training and development of staff across Germany territories
  • Plan to achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organisation goals
  • Work alongside line manager to develop and expand new channels to maximize brand awareness across the company portfolio of products
  • Working alongside internal departments to ensure our sales / marketing message is accurate and effective

Requirements:


What You'll Bring:


  • Relevent sales related qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience
  • Good understanding of clients/customers and market requirements
  • Full understanding of CRM and sales performance software
  • Ability of sales management and supplier relationship management
  • Leadership with ability to drive a sales team to hit goals and objectives
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally
