As
Business Management Associate you will support the rapid growth of the NTT Global Data Centers EMEA Design, Construction and Operations division.

By providing quality reporting and data analytics, internal communication expertise and project management skills you are contributing to the professionalisation of our business including our planned expansions.

You will be working together with different departments, stakeholders across the EMEA-Region and will be reporting to the Senior Business Manager Design, Construction, Operations EMEA.

Your responsibilities

Project management of various Design, Construction and Operations related tasks and projects across EMEA.
Continuously improve our internal reporting (e.g. templates) and suggesting possibilities for optimising our various reporting tools as well as data analytics.
Contribute to enhancing employee experience around business & HR related processes, such as: onboarding, retention and development.
Organise and coordinate department meetings, team building and strategy review sessions
Key contact for the Design, Construction, Operations SharePoint as our internal database, documentation and communication platform.
Assist in regular financial and HR reviews, including regular monitoring for budgets and approvals
Support the SVP Design, Construction and Operations and his directs on adhoc management requests

Your profile

University degree in business administration, engineering, natural science or comparable
Desired are experiences in technical operations in industries e.g. such as the data centers, industrial/ pharmaceutical/ production plants or powerplants
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Power Point, Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Basic understanding of processes, structures and reports within a corporate international environment
Organisational sensitivity working in an international environment
Ability to manage and to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
Solutionoriented and proactive approach for improvement opportunities
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
Strong analytical, numeric and communication skills
Business fluency in English and German is essential, additional languages would be desirable
