Aufgaben

Envision, lead and drive the leading marketplace in the industry while building a great product that customers love
Manifest product mission and vision while clearly defining the problem to be solved in the market
Create and own the product roadmap, driven by a deep understanding of our customers and aligning to our product vision as well as key goal metrics for the business
Constant discovery derive hypothesis and constant test them against the market to constantly iterate towards productmarket fit
Own the product & engineering development to turn technology into product
Manifest a product and customer driven culture in the company
Lead and enable a strong product team to execute on the product roadmap through setting objectives, coaching, empowering, hiring and retaining talent

Qualifikation

5+ years of handson experience in product management and managing product teams ideally in a highgrowth company
Proficiency in understanding the requirements of developing products to the next growth stage with a neverending drive to build the better product
Good technical understanding of ecommerce technology
Ideally proven record of building marketplace and/or ecommerce products
Strong obsession with user experience
Strong leadership expertise with the ability to attract, motivate, and hire a top level product team

Experience with ERPs and Commercetools are a big plus
