Intern (M/F/d) - Loan Capital Markets
Frankfurt [Full-time/Part-time non-permanent Start: July 2023 for 6 months
BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking is a bridge between large multinationals and mid-sized companies with international business activities (Corporates) and institutional investors and financial service providers (Institutionals).
The Debt Markets EMEA team combines BNP Paribas' expertise in the origination and execution of Debt Capital Market (DCM), Loan Capital Market (LCM) as well as Leveraged Finance (LFCM) transactions for corporates & financial sponsors in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Challenges that let you grow:
- Supporting LCM originators in the sourcing and execution of acquisition financing or syndicated loan transactions
- Daily tasks include the preparation of marketing materials, financial analysis incl. the preparation of financial models, coordination with other teams (Coverage, DCM, M&A, ECM etc.)
and internal reportings
Skills that convince:
- Excellent academic performance (preferably in business administration, finance, accounting and/or economics)
- Agile, detailoriented, and enthusiastic student who can thrive under pressure and work well within a team
- Strong quantitative / financial modelling and communication skills
- Fully proficient in MS Office, in particular MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Fluency in English and good knowledge of German
- Characteristics such as team ability, communication strength and flexibility
- Very good German and English language skills in word and writing
