We built a complex data onboarding tool with massive scaling potential to take over the European market.

We raised our pre-seed round from A+ VCs and are now looking for a Founder Associate to support our C-Level in day-to-day operations.

Tasks

What will you do

As the founder's right hand, you will be supporting daytoday activities such as business development, finance, operations, human resources and investor reporting
Function as the sparring partner to nuvo's CEO on both strategic and operational topics from ideation to project management and implementation
Enable growth by engaging in highpriority projects and solving problems across the organization
Run special projects, design action plans, and coordinate the decisionmaking process
Execute financerelated tasks, taking responsibility for financial control and planning

Requirements:

What are we looking for?

You have a curiosity and passion for problemsolving, with a strong appetite for growth
You have strong communication skills, manifested in a wellchosen articulation in English and German
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a startup environment
Able to demonstrate strong organizational skills and have the ability to prioritize and think about "what's next" on your own
You are located in or near Hamburg, or are open to relocating

2. Get to know each other (30 min): In our first call, we want to exchange expectations and clarify your most urging questions. We will also present nuvo, our Vision and excite you for our mission

3. Hard facts and Case Study (90min): In case we see a good fit from our first call, we will share a very brief Case Study for you to look at. In the following call, we will discuss your ideas in a casual setup to generate trust while checking your skills. On the other side, you get a feeling of what it is to work with us.
