ADA Cosmetics International produces high-quality cosmetic products for the international 3- to 5-star hotel industry.

Our portfolio includes exclusive luxury brands, trendy lifestyle concepts, wellness-oriented care lines and certified natural cosmetics - and we are always coming up with new ideas.

With 600 employees worldwide, we develop creative ideas, translate them into marketable concepts and set trends far beyond the hotel bathroom.

Mission

Responsibility for the Global Digital Business as a profit centre, including the development and management of all staff
Develop efficient global omnichannel, B2B and B2C strategies, involving and coordinating with the international sales teams.
Execution of all Ecom activities, considering legal regulations and the company's own principles and policies
Planning, implementation, and control of all marketing measures including control of external agencies and ensuring a uniform corporate image
Setting up and optimising the technical infrastructure and interfaces
Planning and managing the budget and all relevant KPIs
Conducting market and competition analyses and defining and pursuing growth areas and development opportunities
Active participation in overarching projects

Skills

Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or related field
Several years of leadership experience in digital and Ecommerce including budget responsibility
Very good knowledge in the areas of B2B, B2C as well as Omni-Channel
Technical understanding of all technical infrastructures (ERP systems, shop platforms etc.)
Excellent leadership, communication, commercial and organisational skills
Analytical thinking, structured and organised way of working
