    We are looking for an Associate General Manager to oversee one of our most impactful partnerships in the DACH region . Via's technology platform powers WirMobil, the transport service for those with special mobility needs in Berlin. This is an individual contributor role for someone who is eager to roll-up their sleeves and get into the nitty gritty while truly shaping strategy, P&L and our long-term relationship with our partner.

    What You'll Do:

  • Own the P&L for our service and deliver on financial goals while meeting SLAs
  • Define strategies with the Operations team to balance service quality and operational excellence
  • Drive strategic conversations with the partner and other external stakeholders to shape the future of our service
  • Work closely with teams across Via (e.g. Strategy, Operations, Algorithm and Product) to increase scalability and bring our service to the next level
  • Support special projects in different areas as needed to address current challenges
  • Lead and mentor your colleagues and foster a collaborative culture across the organization

  • Informed by experience: you have 4+ years of experience to guide you, ideally in a partner facing role

  • Salary range: €70,000 to €80,000 a year plus stock options. Final salary will be determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, and skills.
