JOIN THE DIGITAL STRATEGY & TRANSFORMATION TEAM

The Digital Strategy & Transformation team focus on defining executable strategies leveraging digitalization of the company to accelerate value creation and growth.

Our team exists of analysts, strategists, business modelers, strategic designers and is located across Herzogenaurach and Amsterdam.

As a Digital Strategy Project Manager Intern in adidas Digital, your task is to help manage and deliver small digital projects, or sub-elements of mid-scale digital projects.

Planning, executing and tracking projects in cooperation with the respective functions and project team members are a few examples of what is expected from this role.

Additionally, you will be focusing on resource management and coordination activities, acting as the central interface to local stakeholders.

YOUR TASKS:
Assist the project management team in designing and maintaining detailed project plans that allow providing transparency on progress and identifying risks on time.
Support in the identification of interdependencies with other projects. Raise issues to the leading Project Manager proactively.
Act as contact person for local project stakeholders.
Use appropriate and effective communication methods to senior management and important stakeholders throughout the project/ program lifecycle.

YOUR PROFILE:

Student with a focus on Business, ecommerce, Sales, Marketing or similar
Enrolled as fulltime student for the complete duration of the internship
Or in the socalled gap year between Bachelor and Master's degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
Advanced communication skills, especially when interacting with different levels of business
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with different international cultures
Basic project management skills, ideally including the ability to work on several projects simultaneously
Good numerical and analytical skills
Structured, organized and process orientated, with an analytical mindset
High resilience and solutionoriented attitude
Team player who enjoys working in an international environment
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong MS Office skills
Fluent in English both verbally and written
