Team

In the Application Support Engineering team, we are responsible for handling the processes and tooling related to IT Incident Management and Application Observability at Raisin.
The team's mission is to ensure the swift resolution of incidents, while providing best practices and tooling for monitoring, observing and operating software in production.

Your Responsibilities

Investigate, diagnose and resolve incidents raised by employees, customer service and our monitoring systems
Define and follow incident management processes
Verify resolution with requesters, manage tickets and keep stakeholders informed about the status of their issues
Participate as part of an oncall rotation
Define best practices around making systems and services measurable and collaborate with various teams to have those practices applied
Build Observability & Automation solutions that reduce risk of incidents in production

Your Profile

University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience is preferred
2 years of experience being on call and managing incidents
2 years experience with Linux (RHEL), web technology and MySQL
Experience with splunk or equivalent tooling
Strong problem solving skills
Intermediate proficiency in at least one programming language
Good communication skills in English
Ability to work independently with and without supervision
