The content manager will join a pre-existing English-language team with a focus on growing the club's international profile.

This is a fantastic role for someone passionate about the Bundesliga, and promoting an authentic football club deeply rooted in its community.

Note that this is a fixed-term contract for the season 2023/24, paid part-time and remote role, with an effort of maximum 40 hours per month.

There is the opportunity to attend games at the Vonovia Ruhrstadion on occasion.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

Focus on boosting account engagement
Managing and translating content for the club's English website, including and not limited to prematch press conference, postmatch press conference and interviews
Other additional support with running the club's twitter account and website when necessary
Come up with ideas to promote the club abroad while staying loyal to its communication style
