For the forwarding business of our Japanese customer OCS Overseas Courier Service, at the Frankfurt Airport, we are looking for dedicated student trainees for the following activities:

Import:

Input / processing in OCS software
Unpacking small consignments and sorting (envelopes post)
Creating and a xing shipping labels
Machine franking of shipments
Packing the items in envelopes
Attaching parcel seals (customs)

Export:

Revision of the current process map including conversion of bookings from the local IT system to the global IT system of OCS
Conceptual development, organisation and support of the relocation of the operative export business from Kelsterbach to Frankfurt/Flughafen Cargo City Süd in Q4/202
Integration and optimisation of process flows through structural realignment of the business
Key account for all documentary and physical processes with OCS and OCS customers
