WHAT YOU WILL DO

:

• Development and management of financial models, including underwritings for various acquisitions, market research, detailed property assessment and preparation of investment memoranda for investment committees
• Support due diligence processes and deal execution
• Support initial deal analysis and review of new investment strategies

YOUR KEY SKILLS FOR SUCCESS

:

• At least four semesters of Bachelor's degree or graduates or Master degree students
• Proficient in MS Office especially strong in excel
• Excellent English and German working proficiency
• Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical ability
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to convey complex data in an easy, concise and simple manner
• Selfstarter and intellectually curious who pays attention to detail
• Understanding of basic real estate and finance terms and concepts
