Intern Experience Marketing/Event Marketing (gn)
We are looking for a curious, engaged and open-minded intern for our Global Experience team.


As part of the Global Communications department, you will support our Experience Marketing activities such as external international events, conferences, tradeshows and show rooms.


Starting date:
May 1st, 2023 or later

Duration: 6 months


Location:
Garching/Munich

Your Responsibilities

  • You support in the planning, coordination, execution and follow up of projects including working with peers, partners and external parties
  • You support in the design of the projects and coordinate logistics and branding
  • You support in managing communication activities, creating communication material and managing community & channels
  • You take on responsibility of daily operational tasks incl. preparing presentations, documentation and reports
Your Profile

  • Current Bachelor / Master's studies in Marketing, Business, Communication and/or in a relevant area
  • Fluent in German and good spoken & written English skills, any other languages are a plus
  • MS Office Pro, Experience with tools of the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Good organization and time management skills; ability to set priorities and work under deadlines
  • Creative thinker and able to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders
  • Positive, proactive and cando attitude with the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
