In order to provide both our employees and customers with the best possible support and to strengthen our team, we are looking for a passionate Working Student.

You will join us in a cross functional role, in which you will be working in a 360 degree role across our Workplace Operations and Customer Success team in Hamburg.

Together we will manage projects and tools that have an impact for all our globally dispersed locations, just as much as for our global customer base.


As our Working Student within Employee & Customer Experience, you enjoy taking care of a variety of support topics to make sure Haiilo staff and platform users are equipped with everything they need.

What you'll do:

Employee Support: You will support us in managing our assets & software suite across our 5 office locations and support colleagues with both hardware and software issues e.g. access management, mobile device management, equipment shipping & retrieval

Customer Onboarding & Knowledge base: Our product develops lightning fast, and so is the corresponding content. Keep our knowledge base up to date, maintain workshop materials, and bring in your own ideas to further improve them

Automation is key: Keeping an eye on automation is crucial as we try to automate whatever we can, so that we can constantly improve our colleagues' working days

"Need a helping hand?": Support at different on site events and ensure our daily office operations run smoothly

Project management: We have a backlog of different projects we want to roll out in the near future and you will help us accomplish those.
