THE OPPORTUNITY
Do you want to gain first-hand experience in a customer-facing team at a fast-growing international company?


In this role, you will have the opportunity to improve customer satisfaction by ensuring a first-class onboarding experience for our new customers.

As part of our Customer Experience team, you will work closely with our US-based Customer Success Managers to enable the best usage of our digital factory solution for our customers, and by that drive our ambitious growth agenda.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • You will actively support our new customers in the US to get onboarded with our technology and be an important point of contact in this process
  • You will be responsible for maintaining clean information around the customer experience in our CRM system and independently run CRMrelated processes
  • You will propose and help set up workflow automation, as well as document new processes in Confluence and Sharepoint
  • You will extend crucial support on internal mapping projects by developing a deep knowledge of NavVis products

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • You are currently studying Business Administration, Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics or some similar field of study
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills as well as problemstructuring and problemsolving skills will enable you to build up a strong customer relationship. Experience in customer communication is a plus
  • Experience in the field of surveying or working with SaaS products will empower you to work actively on your tasks; Confluence, Microsoft Sharepoint and CRM system knowledge are a plus
  • You are fluent in business English, as it is our official language
