Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced HR BP HR Administration to join our team in Garching, Germany.

Reporting to the interim Overseas HR Director or HR Senior Project Manager EMEA, the primary goal of this position is to manage the hiring and onboarding procedures, HR Administrations for company employees, and provide support to company employees regarding personal and professional incidents.

This position works in conjunction with other managers but reports within the HR structure, supporting the needs of the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure employees follow all policies and procedures which have to be created, developed, and implemented together with the international team
  • Provide necessary reports to HQ as required
  • Assess employees to determine employee performance and training needs
  • Suggest changes in policies and procedures based on employee and company needs
  • Research compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits
  • Create recruitment plans, interview schedules, and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws
  • Oversee exit interviews and procedures
  • Manage employee benefits, including pension, fleet, travel approvals
  • Exchange with payroll provider to secure payroll
  • Interact with finance

Qualifications & Competencies Required:

  • Strong computer skills and experience with office management and communication software
  • Excellent leadership, training, and developmental skills
  • Change Management and intercultural skill
  • Strong decisionmaking and execution skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • Expert in German labor laws set by governing authorities and organizations
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in Integration of M&A Projects
  • Deep Knowledge of HR Processes and systems
  • Knowledge in developing and implementing processes and systems together with an international team
  • Project management skills
Education and/or Experience

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
  • Minimum of 6 years HR experience in Germany
  • Proficiency with Excel and other MS office tools is essential
  • Experience in working with works council

Salary: 70,000.00€ - 80,000.00€ per year
