    Beschreibung

    Join a fast-growing team within Amazon Web Services (AWS) and assist customers in maximizing the value of AWS services. AWS Enterprise Support seeks Technical Account Managers (TAM) to support customers in their innovative pursuits across various technologies. This role involves being the key technical advisor to a wide range of organizations, from startups to Fortune 500 companies.

    The Role:

    • Assist customers in adopting and utilizing AWS services such as EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, and more.
    • Represent AWS within customer environments, engaging with senior leadership on incidents, support, and risk management.
    • Provide strategic technical guidance to help customers plan and implement solutions using best practices.
    • Maintain the operational health of customers' AWS environments through proactive measures.
    • Develop close relationships with customers to understand their technical challenges and business needs.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with AWS services or other cloud platforms.
    • Background in a technical leadership role in enterprise or customer-facing environments.
    • Knowledge of operational parameters and troubleshooting for computing, storage, networking, databases, DevOps, big data, security, and more.
    • Previous experience as a technical account manager, consultant, solutions architect, platform/cloud engineer, or similar.
    • Practical understanding of 5G network architecture and troubleshooting.
