Overview:

Time: 20hrs / week

Schedule:
Flexible working hours with availability in onsite/online events some evenings

Location:
Munich ( hybrid work model : home office days and on-site presence)

Contract:
Limited contract (until the end of December 2023, possibility to extend), starting ASAP


Your mission:


Goals of the role:


  • Support the Digital Career Program's implementation and development in Munich
  • Support the Student Community Manager in recruiting each cohort of course participants and facilitating a diverse, inclusive, committed and engaged student community all over all phases of their learning journey

Main responsibilities include the implementation of the following program and semester activities-tasks:

  • Screening, selection and admission of prospective students
  • Onboarding and offboarding process
  • Evening classes and career events support
  • Attendance tracking, platform coordination and recourses development
  • Group and individual support and communication with the students throughout the whole DCP learners journey
  • Maintenance of databases
  • Collecting and presenting students ́ feedback and perspective
  • Supporting community strengthening interventions and activities
  • Working with the whole DCP team on Kickoff and Demo Day concept and implementation

Your profile:


  • Energetic selfstarter with a passion for community building, social integration and tech
  • Great sense of empathy and patience, and the ability to get along with people from all walks of life
  • Experience working in multicultural contexts
  • Strong digital communication skills and platform knowledge (G Suits/ Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Slack, MSteam etc.)
  • A good communicator, fluent in spoken and written English
  • Good Knowledge of German and other languages (e.g. Turkish, Arabic, Farsi, Dari, Tigrinya, Ukrainian, Russian) are a big advantage
  • Solid project implementation/administrative and organisational skills are big plus
  • Skills to facilitate meetings are considered advantage
  • An understanding of the tech industry and experience with coding is a big plus
  • Team player believing in the cocreation and humancentred experience design principles
  • Flexibility to adapt to fastchanging situations and new work methods
  • Availability to work in the evenings
