YOUR TEAM:


In the delivery unit 1.2 our vision is to ensure delivery in time, budget, scope and quality for the E3 1.2 cluster 6 and 8 by providing the E2E responsibility across all system.

The TB-2 team is an open minded and powerful small unit which focuses on all infotainment functions and the ECU HCP3.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The main responsibility of Delivery Lead is to oversee and steer the integration, validation, and delivery of software releases.

This role involves coordinating between various teams and supplier to ensure that deliveries are completed on time and to the required quality standards.


Key responsibilities typically include:

  • Coordination and steering of the pre
- and final integration process

  • Managing critical delivery issues that arise during the integration and delivery process
  • Key responsible and contact person for internal and external stakeholder(Brands) in the problem resolution management area
  • Responsible for achieving ticket burndown targets to achieve product launch quality
  • Ensuring that incidents and problems are resolved within the defined and required timeframes. This requires monitoring progress and implementing measures to stay on track.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Meeting targets related to customer satisfaction, which may involve resolving issues quickly, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and preventing future incidents.
  • Alignment with test management (Brands, Quality-Departments, Country-Management, CARIAD)

WHO YOU ARE:


  • Academic degree in a technical discipline or equivalent qualification
  • Comprehensive expertise in software development or the creation of softwaredefined products
  • Extensive experience in automotive engineering or related fields, with a minimum of 6 years in project management
  • Strong intercultural skills, coupled with the knowledge to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
  • A proactive problemsolving approach with a demonstrated ability to maintain focus, prioritize demanding workloads, and deliver exceptional quality
  • Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English &
German
