Join us as a

Senior HR Recruiter

(M/F/d).

The story begins:


  • Responsible for the recruitment of personnel and close cooperation with managers on recruiting topics as well as monitoring of the entire staffing process for a defined area
  • Control and implementation of internal and external recruiting and placement measures
  • Responsible for defining requirements and creating job profiles as well as job advertisements in close cooperation with colleagues
  • Identification of suitable recruiting channels for the respective target group, confident handling of (active) sourcing via social networks (LinkedIn, Xing, etc.) and cooperation with personnel service providers and headhunters
  • Organisation of the entire applicant management process, from the selection of applicants to conducting telephone interviews and job interviews in coordination with hiring managers, taking into account legal (e.g. AGG) and internal company regulations
  • Conception and implementation of personnel marketing measures
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement of the recruiting process as well as for the development of standards and guidelines for recruiting
  • Responsible for recruiting reporting and the collection of KPIs for management reporting; creation of reporting dashboards
  • Management and implementation of recruiting projects
  • Further development of recruiting tools and evaluation of potential providers

Your proven path:


  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on personnel, personnel management or comparable personnelrelated training with 35 years of professional experience in the personnel area; ideally further training to become a personnel manager
  • Sound knowledge of recruiting and modern recruiting tools, preferably in an international company; experience with Workday an advantage
  • Knowledge in the conception, realisation and implementation of sourcing and employer branding strategies and projects
  • Experience with the definition of processes, standards, KPIs and reports
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office products
  • Good knowledge of labour law
  • Team player
  • Confident and clear in communication and convincing
  • Proactive and solutionoriented
  • Handson" mentality
