Responsibilities:

• Monitor the daytoday financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
• Maintain fixed asset accounting
• Treasury management managing short term cash flow forecasting and ensuring consistency with the longterm plan
• Monthly & quarterly GL account reconciliations
• Manage Intercompany transactions & reconciliations
• Preparation of monthly VAT declarations

- assisting with the preparation of the year-end financial accounts and audit in accordance with local GAAP
- support preparation of tax declarations
- support contract management & leasing obligations as well as banking

Education and Qualifications

• At least 4 years of work experience as Accountant
• Expert knowledge of local reporting standards (Germany/ Austria), accounting regulations and procedures
• Handson experience with accounting software's like Exact
• Advanced MS Excel skills including lookups and pivot tables
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in German and excellent English speaking

- experience working in an international environment

• Proven handson approach, proactive in nature and happy to take ownership of issues and resolves
• High level of ability to perform tasks with minimum supervision
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment
