Aufgaben:

Advocating a product mindset within the organization
Ideating, planning and implementing strategies as part of the central Product Orientation Team
Enabling Product Development Teams and onboarding them to Product Orientation based on the teams maturity level
Regular coaching of Leaders, Stakeholders, and Cross-Functionroles in agile practices and product mindset
Owning the trainings around Product Orientation as a baseline for the organization
Shaping and defining the organisations' understanding and implementation of Product Orientation
Enabling multiplier roles in Product Teams to act based on values, principals and ideas of Product Orientation
Organizing, planning, and executing workshops and working sessions with various stakeholders independently
Supporting the rollout of the Productifier (Product Orientation maturity assessment) by guiding teams through the process
Sharing knowledge with the Product Orientation Initiative and peers

Qualifikationen:

You have practical experience in Digital Product Development as Product Owner, Scrum Master, Agile Coach or similar
You speak Product Orientation, Agile Values and methods as first language and never get tired of explaining the bigger picture
You happily engage with a wide range of stakeholders
You create concepts but also drive the implementation of change
You are driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and work in a selforganized manner
You easily integrate in new environments and create trustful relationships as a basis of collaboration
