Your tasks:
- Lead our marketing and sales team
- Professional in market needs and customer structure analysis
- Refine our B2B marketing and sales strategy
- Strengthen marketing and sales structure, customer interface and customer selection
- Implement processes for customer planning and contacting, time management, CRM system, documentation and coaching
Your profile:
- or computational sciences
- Experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- You are fluent in the German and English language
