Manage and deliver climate related disclosures related to the current GHG accounting for Scope 1,2,3 in support of SIG's net zero ambition.
Support the development of evidence that allows an effective engagement with SIGs Customers and supply chain to achieve SIG Climate strategy goals.
Support the development and implementation of SIG's accounting related to nature and biodiversity in close cooperation with other business functions.
Support the development and implementation of SIG's accounting related to social topics including human rights in close cooperation with other business functions.
Deliver disclosures with limited assurance under GRI.
Act as "Expert" on selected strategic sustainability/ESG disclosures.
Support Director Group Corporate Responsibility to deliver appropriate evidence for SIGs performance for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborates with SIG functions relevant to achieve disclosure excellence related to non-financial disclosure practices (ESG), customer related programs and projects.
Support CR reporting and coordinating relevant content development in adjacent areas (e.g., ASI, FSC) and social topics such as human rights including SEDEX.
YOU BRING THESE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
Academic degree (MSc) and more than 5 years professional experience in applied sustainability with insights and demonstrated experience in at least 2 disclosure frameworks (CDP, DJSI, Ecovadis, TCFD, GRI).
Good understanding of analytical IT tools and data storage/data treatment proceduresExplore new SIG challenges and ways to deliver value.
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Good understanding of the competitive edge for reporting excellence
Experimentation with new formats to solve problems.
Be able to explain complex themes to different interested audiences.
