Working Student - People Development (M/F/d)

Our Learning & Development Team guarantees that our employees can take advantage of various training opportunities and develop individually according to their needs.

With their expertise and experience, they enable motivated employees to unfold their potential.

The team is also jointly responsible for ensuring that our home24 culture is reflected in the training sessions and that our values are lived out in the company.

Your responsibilities:

You support expanding and managing our home24 Academy based on identified learning needs
You support the design and implementation of career paths and attractive learning formats in our business units and are a direct contact person for our employees
You keep up the expansion of collaboration with external training providers that fit to our values and the training concept of the home24 Academy
You manage our Learning Management System and ensure a smooth administration of our offers
You help monitor the success of all learning & development measures based on KPIs and derive suggestions for improvement from them

Your Profile:

You ideally have first experience in the field of learning & development, including the conception and implementation of trainings or workshops, and are familiar with current learning trends
You are an enrolled student (M/F/d) of psychology, pedagogy, business administration or a comparable field of study
You are open to new approaches and enjoy experimenting with unconventional ideas
You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and enjoy the development and implementation of new concepts
You have experience working with Google Suite / MS Office (knowledge of working with SAP Success Factors or other learning management systems is a plus)
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
