What you'll do & Who you are

About the team:

The role:
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will join us in personalising and improving the search experience across our platforms. You will play a key role in using modern technologies to guide our users in finding relevant offerings.- Lead ML development in our main team's focus (ranking, search and recommendation)- Translate customer insights / business problems into impactful experiments/ ML challenges- Build POCs and demonstrate their value to stakeholders- Implement complex solutions using readable, reusable code along with the right technology- Mentor, coach fellow data scientists, driving data science functional excellence across teams- Keep up to date with new developments

Your skills and experience:

Relevant education on MSc or Ph.

D. (statistics, computer science, economics, or similar years of experience of coding and analytical skills using Python, R, SQL and/or NoSQL- Proven data science experience - preferably in marketplaces and tech industries.- Strong background in Machine Learning and Cloud Platforms- Confidence in communicating effectively and concisely to a variety of departments- Experience owning projects and managing different stakeholders.- Experience cross-functional product development (e.g.

Developers, UX, Product Managers).- Passion for agile (Kanban/Scrum) software development, product discovery, and continuous deployment.- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
