    Your assignment:

  • Development of semiconductor components (e.g. diodes, transistors) for applications in the automotive and consumer market
  • Conversion of application specifications into innovative and efficient component concepts
  • Definition of test structures for component development and improvement
  • Planning, implementation and evaluation of electrical characterization
  • Coordination of physical analyses and reliability tests
  • Documentation and presentation of measurement results

    • Your Profile:

  • Degree in physics or electrical engineering or a comparable course of study
  • Very good knowledge of solid state physics and the functioning of semiconductor devices
  • Experience in the electrical characterization of semiconductor devices
  • Experience with process and device simulations and CMOS manufacturing processes is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of German and English
