Your role at ZEISS Digital Partners

As Product Owner, you play a crucial role in strengthening our Online Design System team at ZEISS Digital Partners and actively contribute to the success of the digital transformation at ZEISS.

You will take responsibility for the development of our Online Design System which includes not only the design specifications but also component libraries following the standards of the design system.

With passionate commitment you will define and coordinate the successful development and implementation within an interdisciplinary team of designers and engineers and in close alignment with business stakeholders.

You will also provide guidance and direction to the agile development team and stakeholder.- Organize and oversee the development and be a key contributor in plannings, refinements and reviews- Coordinate the product backlog; ensure that the team always has an adequate number of prepared user stories to work on and remove impediments, where necessary Work with different internal and external stakeholders e.g.

other development teams, other design system teams as well as top management- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and teams

Your Profile- Good understanding of modern software technology stacks- Experience with and passion for agile software development- 4+ years of professional experience as Product Owner or in a similar role, developing digital products in an agile setting, experience with design systems is a plus- Willingness to work hands-on with the team, clarifying questions, removing impediments and refining backlog items- Comfortable with the unknown and able to adapt in short cycles- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills- Experience in working in international, cross-functional teams- Strong English skills, German skills preferred.
