- Planning and control of incoming goods
- Posting of goods receipts in a database
- Dispatch of reclaimed electronic components from the automobile manufacturer to various Panasonic locations
- Provision of the reclaimed components for further analysis in the service area
- Ordering of spare parts and necessary technical equipment for the service area
- Preparation of all necessary documents for worldwide shipment (pro forma invoices, customs documents, shipping documents, etc.)
- Interface between car manufacturer and Panasonic locations worldwide
- First experience in warehouse logistics / administration desirable
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Good spoken and written English and German
- Ability to work in a team
- Time flexibility and ability to work under pressure (assemblies sometimes weigh 18 kg)
