    Unsere Mission ist es, Gewerkschaften dabei zu unterstützen, durch den Zuwachs neuer Mitglieder mehr Einfluss und Durchsetzungsvermögen zu erlangen. Wir entwickeln beteiligungsorientierte und mitgliederwirksame Konzepte und begleiten bei der Strategieentwicklung und Umsetzung. Durch unsere Ansprache-App ermöglichen wir eine aktivierende Kommunikation mit potenziellen Neumitgliedern, um Forderungen und Positionen zu stärken. Ein Bestandteil unserer Strategie ist der Aufbau des Digital Organizing Hubs – einer kommunikativen Anlaufstelle, die speziell darauf ausgerichtet ist, effektive Ansprachen im digitalen Raum umzusetzen. Wir suchen dazu eine engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit mit Erfahrung in der Leitung von Callcentern oder vergleichbaren Einrichtungen, die im digitalen Raum überzeugend Kampagnen schulen führen und schulen kann.

    Aufgaben

    Als Leiter:in des Organizing Hubs übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der digitalen und telefonischen Ansprache. Du leitest ein Team, das mit effektiven Kommunikationsstrategien und -techniken Mitglieder für unsere Partnerorganisationen aktiviert und gewinnt.

    • Entwicklung und Implementierung effektiver Strategien zur digitalen Mitgliedergewinnung
    • Führung und Schulung eines Teams mit dem Ziel, herausragende Ergebnisse in der Mitgliedergewinnung bei digitalen Ansprache-Blitzen zu erzielen.
    • Koordination und Weiterentwicklung des Organizing Hubs, um stetige Verbesserungen und Anpassungen vorzunehmen.
    • Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Partnerorganisationen zur Sicherstellung, dass unsere Strategien ihre Bedürfnisse und Ziele erfüllen.

    Qualifikation

    • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Leitung von Callcentern oder vergleichbaren Einrichtungen.
    • Verantwortung für die Teamleitung sowie fachliche und disziplinarische Führungsverantwortung.
    • Erfahrung im Monitoring zur Sicherstellung der Qualität und Performance deines Teams.
    • Kommunikative Expertise und Kompetenz bei aktivierenden 1:1-Gesprächen.
    • Gute Kenntnisse über Gewerkschaften und deren Herausforderungen sowie ihre Mitgliederbasis.
    • Starke Führungsfähigkeiten, Teams zu motivieren und zum Erfolg zu führen.
    • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift.
    • Flexibilität, Reisebereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld.
