We are currently seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Engineering (M/F/d) to join our team in Munich.

Tasks

Achieving series production readiness of the hardware products.
Organization and management of hardware development, embedded development, testing and industrialization.
Disciplinary and technical management of the expert teams.
Develop, adapt and implement the engineering strategy.
Ensuring the competitiveness of series products by optimizing results, production and quality.
Drive innovations, improvements and new development topics in a direct reporting line to managing director.
Close cooperation with product management.
Establishment of innovation processes with a focus on timetomarket.
Budget and resource management: responsibility for planning and managing the development and production budget as well as the efficient allocation of resources.
Coordination of external designers, manufacturers and EMS partners.

Requirements:

Engineering is not just your profession but your passion and you have acquired extensive knowledge through both personal and professional projects.
You enjoy providing imapact for innovative solutions and driving them forward with your team.
You have a degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, communications engineering or similar.
You have sound experience in employee and team management; your modern management style challenges and encourages and supports independent action in your team.
The design of development processes has been one of your tasks for years.
Your confident communication at various hierarchical levels, rounds off your profile.
Ideally, you have already gained experience in hardware, software or system development and therefore have a holistic systems approach.
