Your mission:

The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company,
ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records, working closely with the Teamlead Controlling,
reporting to investors, conducting group analyses, and acting as a contact person for investors.

In addition, the Financial Controller will:

Maintainand further develop financial policies and procedures
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budget variances and financial ratios
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management and other departments
Lead or participate in financial projects and initiatives
Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and marketing, to ensure financial goals are aligned with overall business objectives.

Your profile:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
Relevant work experience in financial management and control
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Knowledge of industryspecific financial regulations and reporting requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and regulationsProficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail and accuracy
Fluent in English and German
