Beschreibung

For the Technical Training EMEA division we are looking for a Trainer (x|f|m) for Technical Customer Service - Hybrid for Sartorius Stedim Systems GmbH.

In this position, you will train our service technicians on a global level in presence and with the help of new learning formats (such as web-based training, virtual classroom, video tutorials, etc.) on Sartorius products.

The team consists of four employees and is looking forward to create the future with you.

The job is available part-time and full-time and can be done remotely on a daily basis as well as on site at our location in Guxhagen or at our campus in Göttingen.

Your
Responsibilities

  • You will create training concepts and prepare training courses in various formats (e.g. facetoface, online, elearning, remote)
  • This also includes the coordination and implementation of the training courses, as well as the followup and evaluation of the training results
  • You will also be responsible for creating training documents and managing training equipment
  • You will work with internal experts and external partners to conduct training courses for internal employees
  • The continuous improvement of training quality and performance rounds off your area of responsibility

What will
convince
us

  • You have completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, automation or mechatronics with further training as a statecertified technician or a comparable qualification
  • This is complemented by relevant professional experience in this field and a strong technical understanding
  • You are familiar with automation systems and software
  • You have initial knowledge of modern training techniques and digital communication and learning channels
  • Experience in a technical support or service technician role, as well as initial experience in a training or coaching environment is an advantage
  • Your profile is rounded off by strong communication skills in English and German, as well as a high level of intercultural competence and an occasional willingness to travel
