For chemical analysis using X-rays, we offer instrumentation suited all the way from the research laboratory to the production floor to the exploration field


Responsabilités:

  • Experimental investigation of protein samples with electron microscopy
  • Settingup and testing advanced data acquisition strategies
  • Developing data reconstruction algorithms via mathematical methods
  • Contributing to software development
  • Systematic planning of work and reporting of results

Qualifications:

  • Background in experimental physics, or biophysics, and PhD in natural sciences
  • Broad knowledge of highresolution electron microscopy
  • Experience with advanced data acquisition techniques
  • Theoretical knowledge of image reconstruction
  • Programming skills in Python or similar
  • Experience with handling nanomaterials and/or proteins is a plus
  • Demonstrated merit in scientific research evident from firstauthor papers
  • Interest in product development
  • Excellent communication skills in a multinational team
