Accessories Program Partner (M/F/d):


Job Purpose:


As an
Accessories Program Partner, you will be involved in managing and coordinating the development, launch, and promotion of accessory programs for Hyundai vehicles within the European market.


_ We want you to:

_:


  • Implement accessory and wheel & tire initiatives and programs and perform various analysis to monitor performance and propose correctives actions
  • Develop and enhance the processes, policies and systems to ensure successful implementation
  • Identify potential areas with positive impact on commercial KPIs like Customer Retention, Profitability etc.
  • Handle the day to day collaboration and cooperation with external partners ensuring an effective process and control the quality of delivery
  • Identify potential areas to optimize activities like price surveys, portfolio enhancement
  • Cooperate and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and partners for effective planning and mutual understanding
  • Contribute with expertise towards areas like Brand Awareness, Customer Experience etc.
  • Increase awareness at the markets level as well as extend partnership with external stakeholders

Confidently taking the lead on small projects and initiatives, your excellent communication skills will come into their own as you work closely with stakeholders from across the business.


You will also need to have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in automotive marketing and sales processes
  • Knowledge of advanced concepts, practices and procedures of aftermarket
  • High affinity for numbers with ability to make numbers transparent (data collection, analysis and interpretation)
  • Deep knowhow of customer service, impact of digitalization and customer care
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence) would be a plus
  • Affinity to automotive industry (in particular aftersales and accessory business)
  • Very good English skills spoken and written, German or another European language would be a plus
