Project Management Assistant at COO Office, Allianz

TASKS

  • Assist Executive Assistants to the Group COO in overseeing project status and prepare and assist in project documentation
  • Take over the responsibility for projects and task in H
  • Operations&IT
  • Identify project scope, risks, constraints, dependencies, assumptions and deadlines, measure project performance
  • Support the buildup of a strong talent and succession pipeline of key positions in the Operations & IT Community (e.g. COOs)
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the realized initiatives and programs and ensure continuous improvement
  • Organize and schedule team meetings; keep track of project costs; perform research

PROFILE

  • Bachelor ́s degree in Economics or in relevant field
  • First experience in the area of project and event management, experiences in people development, talent and community management as well as operations & IT are a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills, also in challenging situations
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, but also pragmatic
  • Ability to liaise and collaborate with senior business leaders
  • Excellent and creative in designing appealing presentations
  • Very professional in using Excel, Windows and Power-Point
  • Good communicator (verbally and in writing)
  • English fluent (C level), German is a plus
